DPK Spring Musical
May 19th at 6:30pm
Everyone is invited to the Dynamic Praise Kids' annual spring musical! Under God's Sea will begin at 6:30 in the auditorium...doors open at 6:00pm. There will be an ice cream social afterwards! |

Preschool Family Fun Night
June 14th at 6:00pm in the Manor
Come enjoy a night where you can have some fun with your kids and get to know the other preschool families at Alderwood. Kids can come enjoy a fun Kingdom theme with lots of Prince and Princess activities, plus there will be inflatables, a photo booth, and much, much more! |

Family Bike Ride
July 6th
If you love to ride bikes this event is for you. Children's Ministries will be hosting a church family bicycle ride, riding north from church on the Interurban trail. At the end of our ride and after returning to the church, we will all partake in some much needed ice cream. Parents or other guardians would be required with all children. More information to come soon. |

What do Alderwood kids love more than Christmas? FAMILY CAMP! Held at Warm Beach Campground, this is one of the most highly-anticipated events of the year at Alderwood! Vacation Bible School
July 22-26, 2013
9am to noon
Come let your children experience the most breathtaking climb they'll ever experience. In our VBS theme "Upward Bound", they'll follow Jesus radical journey to the mountaintops of God's Kingdom to secure our salvation. With a host of costumed biblical characters leading the way, your child will discover the glory of God in Christ, and be challenged to make their own "Upward Bound" journey through faith in Him. On-line registration for this event will begin the beginning of June. |

Fall Fusion Retreat

For all incoming 4th/5th grade students, we take you out of town on our Fusion Retreat in early fall! We like to start the new school year off right, so pack your bags and get ready for three days of excitement. We will have an awesome speakers, wacky games, hanging with friends, and great food all at scenic Miracle Ranch in Port Orchard. |

Alderwood's alternative to Halloween. Carnival games, inflatables, yummy food, and much more. This event is perfect for inviting your unchurched neighbors, friends, and family. Angel Breakfast
December 2013
We invite you to bring your 3-year-old thru kindergarten-aged child to our annual Breakfast With Angels.
The morning includes a delicious breakfast of pancakes, sausage, eggs and hot cocoa served by “angels”, story time (including Mary, Joseph, and the baby Jesus), a photo opportunity, and craft. This is a great event for grandparents to bring their grandkids to!
Tickets will go on sale in November. |
