Awana is a fun place for children to learn Scripture and truths from God’s Word. This program includes one-on-one time with a leader, story time, game time, and the opportunity to earn a lot of awards. There is something for everybody at our Awana Clubs. We have a tremendous sports program, awards for handbook achievements, regular club outings, special events, and interesting speakers who help us to understand the Bible and learn how to use it every day.

Boys and Girls in Kindergarten, 1 & 2
- T&T Girls - Grades 3 thru 5
- Girls Trek - Grades 6 and up
- T&T Boys- Grades 3 thru 5
- Boys Trek- Grades 6 and up
Awana Clubs meet every Wednesday, September 19, 2012 thru May 2013,
6:30pm to 8:30pm. All clubs (except Cubbies) meet at nearby Alderwood Middle School. Buses leave the church at 6:20pm sharp and return by 8:45pm.

Welcome to the last month of the 2012-2013 Awana year. Can you believe it? We have had a year filled with fun, making new friends, lots of memorizing, and lots of blessings. It truly is a privelege to spend time with your clubbers each Wednesday and at special club activities. Our goal has been to help them grow in their knowledge and love of the Lord.
Our Loose Change Drive brought in $1,005. for the Frakes. They are now in Missouri getting settled and really appreciate our gift.
Please note all the special May activities ESPECIALLY our AWARDS NIGHT on May 22 at Alderwood. We begin at 7:00pm sharp. Please bring a dozen cookies to share. We will have bottles of water available. Thank you again for a great year. We will see you in September.

Put your clubbers name on all books, jackets, bags. PLEASE keep us informed of address and phone # changes.

Note to all parents: If Edmonds School District cancels school on a Wednesday club meeting night there will be no Awana. The latest status on whether there will be club meetings can be found at acckids.org/awana. |
